Important information about your visit

• Arrival: Please arrive about 10–15 minutes before your booking begins.

• Punctuality: If you arrive late, your playtime may be shortened accordingly.

• Missed bookings can only be compensated in exceptional cases; refunds are not available.

Booking & Cancellation

• Booking verification: Please carefully review your booking details in the confirmation email.

• Cancellations are only possible via the system within a few hours of booking. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

• Rescheduling is only possible in exceptional cases, with a minimum of 5 days’ notice.

Terms of Participation

• Participants who require vision aids must bring them with them.

• For safety reasons, individuals who are heavily intoxicated cannot participate.
