Difference “trueVR” & “GenZoneVR”

Our premium experience with full-body tracking in an arena of up to 200 m². You move freely in the space, your entire body is transferred into the virtual world, including 4D effects and physical props – maximum immersion and impressive technology.
GenZoneVR 
Offers compact, controller-based VR gaming fun in an area of approximately 40 m². You play with VR headsets and hand controllers, making it particularly suitable for shorter, inexpensive sessions, children's birthday parties, or first VR experiences.

How can we book?

The easiest way to book your slot is directly through our online booking system – there you can pay immediately by credit card or TWINT.
Alternatively, you can send us your preferred dates by email. We will then reserve them manually, and you can pay in advance via bank transfer or TWINT.
For corporate events, we also offer payment by invoice.

Can we come by spontaneously as walk-in customers?

Unfortunately, walk-ins are not possible.

Reservations must be made in advance. Ideally, you should book at least 2 hours before your desired time using our booking tool.
If you still want to drop by on short notice, give us a quick call – with a bit of luck we can still organize a game for you.

What is the best way to get to you?

Arriving by car: The best route is via the Dietlikon motorway exit; from there it's less than 5 minutes. Free parking is available.
Arrival by public transport: 
It is recommended to take bus 787 from Dietlikon/Bad train station to the Brandbachstrasse stop.

When do we have to arrive at your place?

To ensure a smooth process, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the game starts so we can check you in and explain everything.

What happens if we are late?

In case of a late arrival, we will do our best to ensure you have a full visit. However, we cannot guarantee this, and especially during peak times, we may be forced to shorten your game.

How long does a game/visit last?

Accepted Answer

A single slot (approx. 20–25 minutes of playtime – regardless of whether it's GenZoneVR or trueVR) lasts a total of around 45–50 minutes:
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of the game for check-in and briefing.Approximately 20–25 minutes playing timefollowed by 10-15 minutes for equipment return and a short cool-down.
For more than one game, your stay will be extended by approximately 30 minutes for each additional game.
Afterwards, you are welcome to stay a while longer – whether for a drink or to linger longer: In our lounge, slot machines are available where you can comfortably end your visit.

How many people can participate in a game?

Both trueVR and GenZoneVR can each be played with up to 5 people per game/slot.
You can also book trueVR and GenZoneVR in parallel, allowing more people to be employed at the same time.
If there are more participants, the groups simply play one after the other. For everyone waiting, VR headsets and several arcade machines are freely available in our lounge – so no one gets bored.

Is the minimum age strict?

The minimum age should be considered a recommendation – every child develops at their own pace.

Our experience shows that the dropout rate is significantly higher among children under 10.

Can I get sick in VR?

Accepted Answer

Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art motion control technology, we have been able to eliminate the basis for "motion sickness." As a result, we have found that discomfort is virtually nonexistent in our work.

Can pregnant women participate?

Of course, you can set your own pace and our staff are always on hand to lend a helping hand.

Can people with a wheelchair participate?

Of course, adventure games are particularly well suited for this.
For shooters, handling a weapon could potentially be more difficult.
We are of course available for any further questions.

Can you participate after drinking alcohol?

1-2 beers/drinks before the game are no problem, but drunk visitors cannot participate for safety reasons.

Can wearers of glasses participate?

Of course, the best possible wearing comfort may still only be achieved with contact lenses.

What clothing is recommended?

We recommend comfortable street clothes or casual wear and closed, flat shoes (e.g., sneakers).

Please avoid wearing:high heels or sandalsYou'll be actively engaged with us – the more comfortably you're dressed, the more you can enjoy the experience. If you tend to sweat easily, it might be a good idea to bring a spare T-shirt.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers with different amounts via our online tool – ideal for giving as gifts.

Do you offer packages for birthdays / corporate events?

Yes, we offer customized packages for birthdays, corporate events, and other group occasions.

Depending on the group size and your preferences, we can, for example, schedule multiple slots, parallel games (trueVR & GenZoneVR), and enough time in our lounge for cake, aperitifs, or light snacks.
The best way to proceed is to send us a short email with the date, time and number of people, then we will put together a suitable offer for you.
